Annapolis Alive! News - December 14, 2007
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dear Fellow Annapolitan,
As we find ourselves in the midst of the busy holiday season in Annapolis many organizations are well into plans for events in 2008. The Annapolis Alive! website has a list of all sorts of events — for kids and grown-ups, for residents and visitors — that are sure to make 2008 a year to remember as we celebrate the 300th anniversary of the City's charter.
As you sit down to address holiday cards and make plans for 2008, peruse our calendar and note all the exciting things coming up.
And don't forget that this year Annapolis Alive! has planned a day and night of celebration on New Year's Eve. The festivities begin at 3 p.m. at the Chesapeake Children's Museum, and culminate downtown with a parade, all sorts of music and street performers and, of course, fireworks!
Meanwhile, read below for information about events leading up to New Year's Eve.
Don't forget to check out our website for more information about these and other Annapolis Alive! events and listen to our radio show every Tuesday at 2 p.m. on 1430 WNAV.
Happy Holidays,
